Payment methods and ASIC delivery across Spain and the EU

We ship from Valencia. This page covers what you need to know before you pay: how you can pay, how VAT is applied, how long the parcel takes, what to check on delivery and which documents you get.

  • Warehouse and pickup in Valencia
  • 4 payment methods
  • Delivery to Spain, the EU and beyond
  • Invoice with every order

In short

  • You can pay by SEPA bank transfer, by Visa or Mastercard through Redsys, in BTC or USDT, and, if you collect from the warehouse, by Bizum or in cash.
  • Prices for private buyers are shown with 21 % Spanish VAT (IVA). Companies in other EU countries with a valid VIES number pay without VAT under the reverse charge rule.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from weight and address and shown before you confirm. There are no flat rates because a miner weighs anywhere from 4 to 16 kg and the PSU ships separately.
  • In-stock items leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 working days after payment clears. Transit is 1 to 3 working days within mainland Spain and 3 to 7 across the EU.
  • Every shipment is insured and tracked. Damage on delivery must be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.
  • A private buyer can return goods without giving a reason within 14 days; the legal conformity warranty in Spain is 3 years.

Payment methods

Pick the method at checkout. Bank transfer suits large orders and companies; card or crypto gets the order out fastest. We add no fees on top of the price, except the network fee on crypto payments, which the sender pays.

  • SEPA bank transferAfter you place the order we send a proforma invoice with the bank details of ASIC MINER S.L.U. A transfer inside the euro area usually clears in 1 working day and we hold the stock for 3 working days. Put the order number in the payment reference. For companies and multi-unit orders
  • Visa or MastercardPayment goes through the Redsys gateway of a Spanish bank with 3-D Secure verification. Card details are entered on the bank page; we never see or store them. The order goes into processing as soon as it is authorised. The fastest option
  • Crypto: BTC and USDTWe issue an invoice with the amount in coin and the wallet address, and lock the rate for 30 minutes. For USDT, double-check the network stated on the invoice. We ship after network confirmations: 2 for BTC, 1 for USDT.On-chain transfers cannot be reversed, check the address
  • Bizum or cash at pickupOnly when you collect the order at the Valencia warehouse. Bizum goes to the number we give you when booking the visit. Cash is accepted within the legal limit. For buyers in Spain
Payment security

We never ask for card details by phone, Telegram or email, and we never change bank details mid-conversation. If you get an email with "new bank details", call the number on our contact page before paying.

Prices and VAT

Prices on the site are in euros. What you actually pay depends on who is buying and where the goods are going.

BuyerHow tax is applied
Private individual, Spain (mainland and Balearics)Price with 21 % VAT, as shown on the site.
Company or sole trader, Spain21 % VAT, itemised on the invoice. NIF required.
Company in another EU country with a VIES numberNo VAT (0 %), intra-EU supply under reverse charge. You account for VAT in your own country. We check the number in VIES before shipping; if it is invalid we charge 21 %.
Private individual in another EU countryVAT under the EU distance-selling rules: the rate depends on the delivery country and is shown at checkout.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and MelillaNo VAT. On import, IGIC or IPSI and the customs fee are paid by the recipient.
Outside the EU: UK, Switzerland, Norway and othersExport without VAT. Import duties and VAT of the destination country are paid by the recipient.

The table scrolls horizontally.

If you buy as a company, enter the legal name and NIF or VAT number in the billing address before placing the order. In Spain an invoice issued to a private person cannot be reissued to a company once the order has shipped.

Mining and VAT

Mining hardware is taxed like any other electronics. Reverse charge is only possible for companies registered in VIES. If your company is not in the register, talk to your tax adviser before buying.

Delivery and lead times

All orders leave the Valencia warehouse. We choose the carrier by weight and destination: a single miner within Spain usually goes with SEUR or GLS; a pallet to Germany or Poland goes with UPS or DHL.

Indicative times, counted from handover to the carrier.

When the order ships

In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 working days after the money is on our account or the payment is confirmed on-chain. For items made to order, the lead time is on the product page and we confirm it by email before you pay. Under EU law the seller must deliver within 30 days of the order unless a different date was agreed. If we cannot make it, we tell you in advance and you can wait or get a full refund.

  1. Place the order, choose delivery, see the cost and the total.
  2. Pay. With a transfer we wait for the funds; with card or crypto confirmation takes minutes.
  3. We pack: the miner in its factory box, the box inside a shipping carton with cushioning, the PSU separately.
  4. We hand over to the carrier and send the tracking number by email and, if you gave it, by Telegram.
  5. The courier delivers to your address. Check the packaging in front of them and sign the delivery note.

How much shipping costs

There are no flat rates. The cost is calculated at checkout from the weight, dimensions and address, and shown before you confirm. That is the fair way to do it: an Antminer S21 in its box weighs about 16 kg, a set of hash boards for repair under 2 kg, and charging the same for both would make no sense. For 3 or more miners, or a pallet, message us: we quote through a freight company and it usually comes out cheaper.

Pickup in Valencia

You can collect your order from the warehouse. It is free and has one advantage: we can power the miner up before you take it. We have a bench with power and network and check the hashrate in front of you.

  1. Place the order with the "Pickup" option or message us on Telegram.
  2. We agree a day and time. Please do not come without an appointment; it is a warehouse, not a shop with a showroom.
  3. Pay in advance by transfer, card or crypto, or on the spot by Bizum or cash within the legal limit.
  4. Come to Avda. d'Espioca, 183, 46440 Silla, València, collect the order and get the invoice by email the same day.
Pickup hours

Monday to Friday, by appointment. If a paid order is not collected within 14 days, we write to offer delivery or a refund.

Receiving the parcel

A miner is 15 kg of metal and heatsinks, and carriers drop boxes. Every shipment is insured, but for the insurance to pay out the damage has to be recorded at the moment of delivery.

  1. Inspect the box before signing: dents, tears, water marks, broken tape.
  2. If the packaging is damaged, write it on the courier's delivery note and take photos. "Received unchecked" does not help us.
  3. Open it in front of the courier if they agree to wait. If the damage is serious, refuse the delivery.
  4. Message us within 48 hours with photos of the box, the contents and the delivery note. Keep the packaging until the claim is closed.
  5. We open a claim with the carrier and sort it out with you directly: repair, replacement or refund.

Order documents

The invoice arrives by email on the day of shipping, as a PDF. Ask when ordering if you want a paper copy in the box.

  • Invoice with VAT for private buyers and Spanish companies.
  • Invoice without VAT, marked reverse charge and showing your VIES number, for EU companies.
  • Export invoice and packing list for shipments outside the EU; we fill in the tariff codes.
  • Serial numbers of miners and hash boards on the invoice; these are what the warranty is tied to.
  • Tracking number and link in the shipping email.

Returns and warranty

Return, exchange and warranty repair terms live on a separate page. Here is only what matters before you pay.

  • A private buyer in the EU can withdraw from the order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The goods must be in a condition that allows inspection, meaning no mining residue on the heatsinks and no broken seals on the PSU.
  • The legal conformity warranty in Spain is 3 years from delivery; for the first 2 years the burden of proof is on the seller.
  • For companies the manufacturer warranty and our repair terms apply; the 14-day withdrawal right does not cover companies.
  • Return shipping on a withdrawal is paid by the buyer; if the goods are faulty, we pay.
  • Pre-orders: we buy that miner from the manufacturer specifically for your order, at the price locked when you paid. For companies, cancelling a paid pre-order is not available. A private buyer keeps the 14-day withdrawal right on pre-orders too, EU law requires it: in that case return shipping is at your cost and we refund once the miner is back at our warehouse.

Still have questions?

Message us before paying if you are unsure about delivery or tax. Fixing an order before it ships is faster than after.
