Advice on firmware and on hardware bought from us is included in the price. Repairs and on-site work we charge separately. We help with other people's ASICs too: write to us on Telegram, give the model and what is happening.
About the communities
Large chats and forums have grown up around custom firmware, where people discuss profiles, compare overclocking results and pick apart the new Bitmain locks. There is a lot of useful stuff there, but keep two things in mind.
- Files from chats must not be installed. That is exactly how builds with hidden fees and malware get around, see built-in protection.
- Other people's profiles do not carry over directly. Settings taken off an ASIC with different chips and in a different room will give you a different result.
